Greenline Return & Exchange Policy
Special orders are non-returnable.
Regular orders can be returned or exchange within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging only in the case where they are in an unused or unworn condition. Please notify your nearest branch of Greenline by phone or email before returning the item(s).
The purchaser is responsible for returning the item(s) to Greenline. These items must be in “as sold” condition. Credits/refunds issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges.
We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking fee. Any item that has been at all damaged or worn will not be accepted.
While our policies are firm , we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is a positive one.
All goods ordered using our online system will be shipped within 7 days working days. Should any item(s) not be available, you will be contacted within 24 hours to seek alternative arrangements and/or options.
We ship all our goods using Australia Post normal postal service unless you request otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated based on total weight of the products you intend to purchase. This total will be visable upon selecting items into your cart and clicking on the " Get Quote" button once you have selected all the items you intend to purchase.
